Terms of Service

Last updated: July 27, 2026

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using StrikeLock (“the Service”), operated at www.strikelock.team, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Our servers are hosted in the United Arab Emirates. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of the service

StrikeLock is a football intelligence platform that provides live football data, statistical predictions, team and player analysis, and an AI-powered chat assistant (“Copilot”). Football data is sourced from third-party providers including API-Football and Highlightly. The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

3. Important disclaimer — not betting advice

Nothing on StrikeLock constitutes gambling advice, betting recommendations, or financial advice. All predictions, statistics, and analyses are generated by statistical models and artificial intelligence based on historical and live data. These outputs are for informational and entertainment purposes only.

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • Football predictions are inherently uncertain and may be inaccurate or incomplete.
  • Past performance and statistical trends do not guarantee future outcomes.
  • You are solely responsible for any decisions or actions you take based on information provided by the Service, including any gambling activity.
  • If you choose to gamble, you should only do so with funds you can afford to lose, and we strongly encourage responsible gambling practices.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age, or the applicable age of digital consent in your jurisdiction (whichever is higher), to use the Service. By using StrikeLock, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

5. User accounts

To access certain features (e.g., Copilot chat, account settings), you may create an account by signing in through Google or Discord OAuth. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and authentication methods.
  • All activities that occur under your account.
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account at strikelock@proton.me.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law. You may request deletion of your account at any time; see our Privacy Policy for how account data is retained and removed.

6. User content and BYOK

Our Copilot chat feature uses a Bring Your Own Key (BYOK) model:

  • Your API keys: If you provide your own large language model API keys, they are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM and are never shared with third parties. We do not use your API key for any purpose other than processing your chat requests. We do not store your API key in plaintext.
  • Your chat messages: You retain ownership of the content you submit through the chat feature. By submitting messages, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to process, store, and transmit your messages solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
  • Prohibited content: You may not use the chat feature to generate or transmit content that is illegal, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or that violates the acceptable use policies of the underlying AI service provider.

7. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to:

  • Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the Service through automated means without our prior written consent.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, infrastructure, or other users’ accounts.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service, servers, or networks connected to the Service.
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation.
  • Use the Service to transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
  • Circumvent rate limits, access controls, or any other security or governance measures.

8. Intellectual property

Our IP: The StrikeLock name, logo, branding, website design, user interface, proprietary algorithms, aggregated data, and all original content created by us are our exclusive intellectual property, protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

Third-party data: Football data displayed on StrikeLock is sourced from third-party providers (API-Football and Highlightly) under license. Such data remains the property of its respective owners and is used in accordance with their terms of service.

User content: As stated in Section 6, you retain ownership of your chat messages and other content you submit. We claim no ownership over user-generated content.

9. Third-party links and services

The Service may contain links to third-party websites, services, or resources. We do not endorse and are not responsible for the content, products, services, or practices of any third party. Your interactions with third-party services, including OAuth providers (Google, Discord) and AI service providers, are governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY OF DATA.

We do not warrant that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
  • Football data, predictions, or analysis will be accurate, complete, or reliable.
  • Any errors or defects will be corrected.
  • The Service is free of viruses or other harmful components.

11. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, STRIKELOCK, ITS OPERATORS, AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICE — HOWEVER CAUSED AND UNDER ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, WHETHER OR NOT WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, AND EVEN IF ANY LIMITED REMEDY SET OUT IN THESE TERMS FAILS OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE.

This includes, without limitation, damages arising from:

  • Your use of or inability to use the Service.
  • Any decisions or actions you take based on information provided by the Service.
  • Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal data stored therein.
  • Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service.
  • Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code transmitted to or through the Service.

Liability cap: In no event shall our aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the Service exceed the total fees, if any, you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. If you have not paid us any fees during that period, this limitation results in no monetary liability to you, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

Carve-outs:Nothing in this section limits or excludes liability for (a) our gross negligence or willful misconduct; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; (c) death or personal injury caused by our negligence, where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law; or (d) breach of our confidentiality obligations or willful infringement of your intellectual property rights — in each case only to the extent such liability cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

Claims deadline: Any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service must be brought within one (1) year after the claim first accrued, or it shall be permanently barred, except where a shorter or longer period is required by applicable law.

If any limitation in this section is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be unenforceable in a particular respect, that limitation shall be enforced to the maximum extent permitted in that jurisdiction rather than voided in its entirety, and the remaining limitations in this section shall remain in full force and effect. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages or the imposition of time limits on claims, so some or all of the limitations above may not apply to you.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless StrikeLock, its operators, affiliates, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights or applicable laws.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to your breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

14. Data processing

Our processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. For users in the European Union, our data processing relationship with service providers is governed by data processing agreements that comply with GDPR Art. 28. Please review our Privacy Policy for full details.

15. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by generally applicable law, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions, and without prejudice to any mandatory consumer or data protection rights you have under the law of your place of residence (including protections under GDPR for EU residents, and CCPA/CPRA for California residents). StrikeLock does not currently designate an exclusive venue or arbitration forum for dispute resolution.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. We encourage you to contact us at strikelock@proton.me to resolve any concerns informally.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may bring the matter before any court of competent jurisdiction, or may seek injunctive or other equitable relief where appropriate. Nothing in this clause prevents you from bringing a complaint to your local data protection authority (see our Privacy Policy, Section 12).

16. Changes to these terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via a prominent notice on our website or by email to registered users. The date at the top indicates when it was last revised. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severable, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

18. Entire agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and StrikeLock regarding the use of the Service, superseding any prior agreements or communications.
